He answers questions regarding lootshare, movement of content from wilderness, runecrafting, the GE, corrupt weaponry and a few more. Do note he cannot answer specifics at this time.

A vote on this kind of scale, I mean
so there are always teething problems
but obviously there is a lot of interest in the subject
so thanks to those who have voted already
to those worried about others using your names - don't worry
we aren't looking at names
Jagex is very confident we can deal with goldfarmers and rwt
and botting etc
we have several new iniatives to deal with those issues
and believe we can control it
We have not given up the fight - far from it
You have to trust us on that
Literally some anti bot tech just came through like within the last month
Which means as soon as we realised we could bring it back
we ran the voting thing
So basically it's happening now because we think we can do it safely
There are of course checks on the poll, dont worry about fake
We will try to keep it as close to 2006 wildy as possible
I cant go into detail on every single wildy change
But basically things like quests and minigames will be relocated
to elsewhere in the game
there will be no wildy free worlds <- He means worlds without wildy in them.
but things like clue scrolls or abyss, etc may be altered
to accommodate for the greater risk - honestly not sure yet
corrupt* items will be deleted or made more rare
They will be made available through other means
Revs were designed as a replacement for the threat of the pker
if the pkers are back the revs are gone
but they will likely feature elsewhere"
