That's true about the multiple accounts thing. In the past 5 years I've made well over 20 accounts, the first 15 were made prior to the 2007 updates... :P (bunch of PKing accounts) Everyone in the community has ATLEAST 2 accounts that they've made if not more.

I have 6 accounts... I actively play 3 of them... But I have voted on all six. But yea, what about all these inactive accounts? Because there can't possibly be a majority vote if well over half the players no longer play...

I Challenge all who dare to disagree with Jagex's vote to come and show me proof, that your account was made prior to 2007 and have experienced the old wilderness and free trade system. By doing so your account will have had to have atleast one holiday event item from 2006 and prior. these items would include;
Bunny Ears
Scythe
Rubber Chicken
Yo-Yo
Marionettes
Skeleton Set
Reindeer Hat
Jack O' Lantern Mask
Easter Ring
Wooly Hats, Scarf's
Zombie Head
Any items trade-able such as the phats and masks are disallowed as they may have been bought well after 2007 due to acquired wealth.
If you can prove to me that you have any of the mentioned items then you in my eyes, have a right to disagree with this, if not. GTFO.

I do not disagree, but I have most of those holiday events! Played since 2004 - I have been fine without free trade and the wilderness, so either way I don't mind. I would like to see it reintroduced but I'm not bothered if it isn't.

Bring the wilderness back to everyworld ;) don't listen to people going on about clue scrolls, clue scrolls are done in the wilderness for a reason, pkers will be and always have meant to be there, sadly replaced by revenants. I'm glad jagex is going through with this update, me and my friends have almost been to quitting point recently. That wilderness thrill needs to come back to everyworld come on JaGex! Also please bring back attack to skull and protect item (PRAYER) because otherwise that defeats the whole idea of smiting out an item.

At first when I heard about this, I was really excited.
But then I got thinking, what about all the clue scrolls and quests that will be made next to impossible to complete? And what would happen to the GE? I hope it stays ^_^ . I don't really PK, so the old Wildy isn't very exciting for me, in fact, I'm not sure I'd enjoy it very much.
I wish JAGEX could have one vote for the Wildy, and a separate vote for free trade.

I'd say that 90% of people saying they'd quit if this update came about are just giving out empty threats. I think the amount of people re-joining would replace the others who quit. I Would say a number would come back who quit in 2007. But we will all have to wait and see.
