I love reading all of the new players' comments. "what about fog, what about clue scrolls, im scared" blah blah blah. I am a veteran player and im here to say that the wilderness was a place that true pkers would go and risk. people did cluescrolls in the wildy. yes it was dangerous, but that was the point. better items, more dangerous. as for the free trade, people are too layed back. i have been scammed, hacked, and banned when there was a free trade. my point: i loved every second of it though. it made people work hard. there was no price manipulation. people got what they paid for and if they needed a lesson because they were being stupid, well then they got it. i was scammed i belive a total of 7 times before i learned to always check my trade. why cant people do that now? I have not even tried to pk in the new "bounty worlds" because to me thats a cheaters way and its just plain boring. only getting some random loot. if i saw someone with dragon and i wanted it i would fight them in the old wildy.
Runescape was made to have the wildy. Jagex didnt plan to take it away, but they had to because too many people were ruining the image of the game.
finally of course you can see i vote yes to this. i belive it will bring back many older players and bring veterans like me back to the glory of the wilderness!

I know it's mean, and I know I'm exaggerating a bit, but seriously. How many 7 year olds do we have playing this game?

And believe me, it's not just the people voting no who are like this. It's actually mostly YES voters who act like this. The no voters seem to be more educated on the subject for the most part, and I respect that. I am in no way arguing about the vote right now, just pointing out how these people are talking.

I am proud to say i have been playing long enough to know the old wilderness. I loved it, but I think it should only be in select worlds to preserve the events located in the wilderness and make it accessible to a less experienced player.

well i hope there is technology to combat the thing that caused this in the first place.rwting is the thing that made them make this decision,but the thing i want to know is that how are you going to combat this terror of the the abrievated words "real world trading".do you have a system ready to combat the bots and the item arrangements for the so called "buy a item online"?and also the gold farmers that use a bot to do their work i still see today at mining the rune ore or cutting the trees and theiving things constantly for cash and items.
this is the thing i want jagex to hear that they are still not catching.i hate seeing the botters in runescape that do this and still dont get punished.i usually see them the next day doing the same thing they did yesterday.BOTTING!
ive seen them do this ive even heard people admitting that they do bott and they still dont get punished for it. what i want is action and a way to detect it on the spot right when its used and then the apropriate action taken against them.ive reported some of these people and they remain at the same places to this day!
i hope that they finally make something to detect them on the spot. thats all i want to see is that they find the ones that do bott imiediately.

and for the people that talk about being scammed in a trade. thats why you pay attention and check what your buying, so if you do get scammed its no ones fault but your own. and as far as the wild goes for the people that talk about how low players may die, oh well they know better than to go out there and die, and they should learn their lesson if they do die out there.
