PEOPLE QUITTING:
-Some people will quit if this does happen. But do you really know how many quit when the wild and free trade was taken away? Do you really know how many people will come back if this happens? Because the numbers of returning players will extremely outweigh the amount of people who quit because of it.
Runescape was also 10x more fun before the updates. Remember drop parties? Remember when your friend who quit gave you an awesome item? Obviously this is directed towards pre-2007 players and only some of them, but if we get free trade/wild back, it could apply to others too. There were probably thousands of posts just like this, but I really hope someone took the time to read all of mine and agrees with me.

i am one the people that left when they removed free trade and the wild. i will be extremely happy when they come come back. Yes, i know people are scared about wild coming back but i mean you've had all this time to strengthen yourselves to be able to fight them. i also have been scammed out of a lot items but that is how you learn.

Tbh, I really didn't see many people complaining about clue scrolls before the update happened. The people who hunted for level 3 clue scrolls had an actual brain and knew how to avoid the pkers. But now, everyone is rich. 1 million GP isn't as much as it was back then.

when you can see someone with a whip, and kill them and make over a mil profit atleast.

i remember getting 1m for the first time i was so excited,
now i could care less how much i have, its easy to make a couple mill a day now. like i rc everyday now, and i can make like a few mill everytime. its that easy.

these are my ideas on this . befor i say anything i must say i voted for yes bring it back but these are my points on doing so.
1. they said they got better technology to stop cheaters scammers botters gold selling websites.
2. i think it will help bring the game back and it will attract all the old time players that qite rs on the spot when it left hence i was one of them.
3. i think pking is better the old way and yes i did read alot of pots about retardes being lured well thats your fault lol because this vp and bh is worthless u get nothing from it so yeh
These w\are my points on how i think the old ways should be back and i no its ognna happen so i think ima be waiting for this update to happen and get my accounts freshened up.

Runescape is nothing compared to how it was back then. Before it was one of the best games online but now it's just below average. More people are playing private servers than the real runescape.

clue scrolls been around before you played the game,so where nat runners, so where green drags killers, they did just fine...
at free trade haters...
the big exclamtion point wont be removed just the gp cap...
and the wildy wall will stay... so no worries about "being lurred into wildy"

LOL I think Jagex are going to have to bring back old wilderness and free trade now. 90% of the runescape community vote yes. And if they don't bring it back, anger is going to build up in the runescape community and people are goin to quit.

i may be wrong but i think that free trade can help lower the inflation that has happened to the GP. I quit in 07 and kept my items in my bank. I logged in a couple of months ago and my items were worth like 10x what they used to be worth! i bought full wizzy (g) before 07 (whenever it camne out) for about 300-400k for the entire set and the str anmmmy(g) i sold it all for about 6m i think (not sure exactly). this is just an example of how items have blown up in prices! and nikki i read your post your voice was heard.
