Wilderness and Free Trade Vote

To be fair, a lot of players did stop playing after the wildy changes of '07, and Jagex would be foolish to not want to attract some of them back.
There are two parts to the vote:
Free trade: This increases the possible issues of RWT and botting, but as many have stated, botting is prety common now anyway, sad to say, so punishment needs to be severe for those caught. RWT is a problem with all online games. WOW and other online games have RWT for many items. This is almost impossible to eliminate. Scamming on items/price is far more difficult now with the changes to the trade window. However, the "guide price/GE price" is a real good help to prevent price scams, so I really hope that remains in place. Its up to the traders whether they ignore it or not. For rare items like P-Hats, there is no reason why they shouldnt sell for whatever someone is prepared to pay. On balance, these changes look to be good.
Wildy: I remember well the old wildy and getting gang-ambushed doing clues or rc'ing. I used to do wildy clues at silly o'clock to avoid PK'ers
, so ended up doing very few clues. I hope we dont see a return to that time. I would be very happy to be able to choose whether to PK/be PK'd or not, and go equipped appropriately for a fight, if thats what I want to do, with maybe then a chance of winning. Getting ambushed by a PK gang while doing a clue or trying to get to some other wildy based area, does seem a bit dumb, and I really hope this can be avoided. Seems to me that there are a lot of people that claim to want more PVP and also a lot who dont want it, so being able to choose would be the sensible option for all IMO.
Can anyone explain why the current PVP and Bounty worlds are always the ones with the least people in them? Does this mean that the desire for more PVP is less than some seem to imply or is there another reason?
