Wilderness and Free Trade Vote

Here is a suggestion that would help stop RWT:
How about if the free trade/wildy vote wins and its brought back into the game, how about u can only free trade with friends that you've had on your friends list for about a month, then gold farmers couldn't free trade to sell there gold/items unless they waited for a month, which would not be fun
. As for wildy, I didnt get the chance to try it, since I joined in about early 2008. it would be fun to see the old days of rs
.
Now about the botting:
As andrew said you cant ever fully remove all bots from the game, as explained more fully here in the rwt article:

The longer we keep doing this, the harder it's going to be to keep stopping bots. "If we don't break that vicious cycle now, it would just keep getting worse and worse. It could reach a point where macro software becomes undetectable."
But, their anti-macro detecting has improved, but if this vote goes without something like my suggestion, it'll be like before all over again with the bots and stuff.

i believe this is a great decision, just make sure u put hp back to normal
pleasee and have free trade i'm not that bothered about the wildy though it would be fun for ur hard efforts getting a great reward

Well to be honest, it is not an easy decision to make. Runescape has changed through years, there is noone who would disagree. Community has grown, people joined, people left...
However, there is a little 'thing' which makes me feel little bit stressful(?)..
As for wilderness - it would be awesome to have old one back, as it brings the good memories. Challanging times while runecrafting runes through abbyss and looking around for the dangerous players with intention to kill you. That brought danger, and that brought fun..
As for free trade - there is a yes and a no at the same time. To be honest, current way protects newcommers from being scammed. But as there's an idiom in my country - "scared of a wolf - do not go to the forest" (I believe there should be a matching idiom everywhere in the world). Being scammed - thought us how to "live" and to not to trust everyone. However, I believe with current trade limits, exclamation marks wouldn't be removed if someone would change their offer

Anyways, that's not the problem I was talking about. Thing which worries me is how G.E. prices would be counted. Like you could offer as much (least) as you want, but how the hell would (new/not regular) players know the market price. Would it be "suggested price to buy" or something
? If yes - then it looks as a good proposal to the future.

I've waited years for the old wilderness/free trade to come back. Back in '07, I was too low of a level to enjoy the wilderness and free trade (since I didn't have much money). I remember I went to the wilderness to try to PK for the first time, but it was the day it got removed. Now I'm very excited to enjoy what I've missed out on!
To all the players who didn't experience old wilderness/free trade: it was a lot better than how things are now with the GE. It was more realistic to the time period which Runescape took place in.
I am a supporter of bringing back old wilderness/free trade, as they are a key part of the game. VOTE YES!

hey guys, i just remember when rs was changing in 07 they had similar trades to now but no restrictions( ex. 5k limit or so on) they would just show the price for the items and market values. on how much u gain or lose. i think all that shud be taken out is the limit for free trades. and guys so wat about the real world trades. it will always happen. they are even doing it now. just gatta deal with it, some play fair and some have to cheat to get to us.
and as for wildi, i think its great for the youger to see how much fun rs used to be. but just include some non-wildi worlds please. for those clue scrolls and just some wonders.
think this is the best think, and im sorry of some dont understand what i am talking about with the old trades. it is very hard to explain lol.
