I REALLY hope that we get trade + Wildy back, Man I loved Runescape so much when those were around.
Here's my opinion, No matter WHAT you do people who want to cheat will always find a way around whatever you do...punishing the community wasn't the way to handle it, while I understand what JaGeX had to do I don't think it was the appropriate decision.

I would like to see Free trade and the old style of wildy back in the game as soon as possible. I personally hope this happens soon like in the upcoming month instead of like 5 months from now. I use to love the old wilderness and just feeling the rush of killing another player and knowing that im gonna get "all" of the awesome stuff they were wearing, not some randomly generated junk and statues like now lol. And as for free trade, that is a definite YES! There was nothing better than the freedom of free trade. Me and my friends from school use to give each other gifts and have drop parties all the time, it was just a good way to help each other out and have a good ol time. Plus, with free trade, we actually had the capability of taking our items from our accounts that we had quit and helping out are new players or friends rather than basically abandoning all the items we worked hard for.
And reaper posted about free trade just for friends who have been friends for 6 months +.
- That is not really free trade then lol :p

Im all for the return of the wilderness and also no trade limit when people see this they always jump to the conclusion that people use it in a bad way but thats not the fact people say it will boost bots and what from i have read i have not read anywhere that there allowing botting? they will still be banning botters witch i agree they should do. This will give them more time to catch the botts. cuz botts is the biggest reason for RWT no bots... no money simple as that not trade limit.. its the botts that make the money for the large sites and big gold sellers thats all i gotta say

The buyout (not "merch" ) clans depend on the trading limits to force people to buy/sell items at their set prices. With free trade, people can buy/sell at whatever price they want, regardless of the GE-defined market place, and they can buy/sell on or off the GE. It short-circuits the whole buyout scam.

All of you that dont want free trade can cry bout it. If jagex doesnt bring it back look how many subscribers theyll lose. ever thought of that! On the other hand jagex should bring back the black hole! If some1 gets scammed in going in there they are stupid!

You guys got my vote to bring back the free trade

wow, i started runescape in 2003 an i watched runescape grow over the past 7 years, i watched good updates an junk updates(like in 2007) but i have stuck it out an now we really are at the verge of getting back our old game back, im so thrilled an excited! i hope this update happens sometime in the near future! jagex lost so many players when they took out our old pking an free trade. the community of runescape back then was just a better atmosphere, there was more people an just all around better players. i finish by saying that i just cant wait for this update! good job jagex
