Heres what i feel
i think it is great to get the old trade back because i remember when i started playing runescape i didnt know how to make money at all or what to do. i met a few players and they helped. and then i started to level up and people gave me money to help out im not talking about 10k they gave like 100k to help me out. i would like free trade to come back so we can also help out but without the scamming of other people.

also the old wilderness. i dont know where to start about that. must of been the best thing that ever happened to runescape. but after it went i was shocked. to be honest i didnt stop playing like other people. i thought i would see what runescape offers next for fighting other people then bounty hunter came. i liked it but now the new pvp and bounty worlds make you lose your hard earned cash in about 20 seconds when u enter the world. i would like the old wildy to come back as you can team with your friends again like olden times and own.

This is what i like:
*You can give a bigger amount of cash or item to your friend in need
*No more merching in GE, price will be more balanced
*You can make money killing other peoples and not get trouts etc
*More Freedom
*Jagex will get more member therefore more money, if this update happens i will get member
Not Like:
*Scamming in Wildy
*Botters, people trading gp for real money
*Wildy to be very unsafe
*May be glitch after first update
Scenario:
1. It will be Catastrophically
2. It will be Awsome

i have NO doubt that the majority of people who played in the times when there was free trade and the "old winderness".
i LOVED it <3 jagex you have to bring it back no doubt we get more freedom, and wilderness is in every world which makes it less dangerous in low populated worlds for those who are complaining about things like clue scrolls, quests etc.
its not like RWT and botting has been completely combated with free trade/old wildy gone so it should just be re-introduced + from what ive heard RWT,scamming, bots are being cracked down on.
so PLEASE bring it back

Okay I have been reading this forum thread for quite some time now. I voted yes to start with. But I hear the most people that vote no are afraid of getting scammed or that the prices will go up. First of all I don't think people will get scammed in the wildy more than they do now because there is this wilderness ditch. About the prices, I think they won't skyrocket as some people think because if an item is lost now it will stay in the game and not just dissapear. Also PKing will be back as it was which I very much like because than you can go have some fun with friends and not always get killed by huge clans. Because there will be PKing in every world so you don't need a very big team everywhere. Most people that vote no haven't played runescape when the old wilderness was still there I think. And when the update comes through they won't quit just because there is a little more danger when solving a clue in the wilderness, I have been playing Runescape for 7 or 8 years now and in all the time the old wilderness was there I've never been killed while solving a clue. I hope the revenants will be deleted in stead of relocated because I personally don't like them. I prefer being hunted by a big clan than a few revenents. And I'm pretty sure that when PK will be back there will be a lot of lost members back aswell. Please get the wilderness back I'm sure 95% of the current players will be very pleased when they get used to it. And ofcourse many members that quit will be back and happy aswell! Thanks for all the years of fantastic gameplay and keep it up JAGEX!

Dear Jagex,
I honestly think that this is a very good thing to bring back, i know close to 200 people in real life that have all quit because they felt so strongly about free trade and the wildy. If any of you have ever played eve online trade scamming and noobs baiting will always be in the game ccp doesn't care tho, i think they feel if your stupid enough to get scammed so be it, you will learn from it and check ur contact orders before u place them. And dont "steal" the free item the yellow named people says is free stuff... As for people that buy accounts and the like its the players choice eve also has a thing on that in forums so players wont get scammed out of the money + ccp makes a bit of money out of it. I know what you're going to say, well there 2 different games, but they have the same basic concepts, people that try to make there money skilling/the non-combative way, the carebears. lolz. Also the trading/merchant way by profiting off trade and supply and demand, the combat way of showing who is best and letting the other players know it. And finally the scamming way =/. Now im not saying that you should choice to change all these aspects of Runescape because alot of them define the game, but maybe not going into so much detail of stopping people from "being human" and trying to find loopholes to scam and steal there ideas for it will become very creative as you have seen. I think that everyone should play fair and do there own thing because whats the point of playing if you cheat to be the best, and i feel if you have to cheat where is the fun. I know Jagex you gotta be the one to step in and help and everyone of you probably hate being the bad guys/gals, There is alot of mixed feeling about this subject so i understand your trying your best to stay ontop. I love all the addon alternatives for the wilderness you should still keep them just the could never replace the real thing. Still playing for 7 years now, haha and just turned 20.**

Lol everyone knows about scamming everyone knows about the wild by now so blah blah with scamming blah blah with luring its all part of the game and thats what made it fun, because not everything was so easy going. It was fun to risk things and try to win other peoples things and if u want to give away all your money to someone then go ahead no1 is making you do anything its your choice. So scamming is just something stupid people used because they prolly got scammed by someone smarter then them lollll its all fun of the game and it was a big loss when it was over.

AND OMFG OLD DROP PARTIES I LOVE ITTTT and prices will drop because that kid was right instead of items disappearing after being pk the item will be picked up which is good more supply less demand more items that people can afford. I CANT WAIT
