as long as the original rule, that only people who attack unskulled people get skulled, i'm all for this.
if anyone in combat in the wildy gets skulled, you lose a huge part of the cleverness of the wildy, and a lot of people who otherwise would go into the wildy to hunt pkers would leave well enough alone.
going through the abyss should still make you skulled, as would other , but attacking me while abyss running should not get you skulled, there should be proper consequences for my using the abyss

I think it is unfair to link the two questions together. I want the ability to have free trade but I also want to roam the Wild, as I am able to now, without fear of pk'ers whom I may add are waaaaayyy more dangerous than Revs.
I vote "no" if the questions are connected for they are truly separate....and that's my 2 cents.

There was a time when I was the only player I knew who had not been hacked, but even I had been scammed a few times by 'friends' who had apparently been hacked at the time.
Botting was also a serious problem!
The removal of RWT fixed these problems.
It made an enormous amount of sense and Runescape has been much better for it.
I also welcomed it since the PVP threat of the wilderness made clue scrolls a real misery.
I am seriously heartbroken that this important measure looks like it might be reversed, just to support the demands of cheats and bullies!
A shame Jagex can't stand up for principles despite unpopularity.
Maybe Runescape should split into two games? One with RWT and one without.
I wonder if those in support of the wilderness would still welcome it without the rest of us there?

i do like this idea of bringing back the trade limit completely how it was, however in terms of the wilderness, involving the new items like morrigan, status, etc, i would like to see them stay and perhaps instead of all worlds being wilderness perhaps only some, and some staying how it is, so have some worlds stay as bounty hunter. i mean it can be a pain chasing annoying targets but i feel i've worked for that little target ranking. i would also like to know what would happen to brawlers? because i have a large collection that i really want to keep, i spent hours eping/pking to get them and trust me they are rare.. so please dont get rid of these. i never once pked before new wilderness and i enjoy how i get a ranking for killing someone because i know when i look at my ranking i know i've earnt every single kill, pking and that little ranking is the main reason i still play this game really, so please keep these.

OK as to the talk on the economy. There is no way merchants will be pwned or gfed. Infact this update may bring back the fally park merchants. I only merched pre update and made up to 1m/h just standing in the same place buying and selling warrior rings. Ofc people will still use the grand exchange however players will be able to buy items off the GE in bulk and sell in game at a higher price. Merchanting will actually be easier to do if we get free trade back. However it will require more gold.
