Phthartic, Remember, when you don't vote it is counted as no, which means all who are against this with multiple accounts are geeting multiple votes. In addition, many who vote yes can't remember all their accounts or don't want to vote more than once and thus actually get one or more no votes!
I probably have more no votes than yes votes as I have old cc accounts and temporary accounts I can't remember.
