If this proposed changed doesn't actually happen, we are going to see a return of the outcry that happened the first time.
You cannot control bots as it is now. You may collect some, even a majority, but too many times have I seen botters running free. How many times does a player have to stand next to my falcon, trying to pick it up, only to run off and start hunting with his own again once mine is gone, before you realize it is a botter? How many times do I have to report that, watch the player's xp go up on highscores and still not be banned (even for two weeks when it seems you experimented with that, since some xp was being earned constantly) and know that nothing will happen?
Keeping up with botters is a full time endeavor that you haven't perfected or gotten to acceptible levels. When you do, they will evolve and the chase will be on again.
The idea is bad, and as stated before, the 'voting' is laughable.
