i disagree where are people going mad at ge where i was simply because there isn't s system update happening like 4 mins after a lot of people don't understand it and expect it to happen like now,, jagex should have been working on this and should have had a benchmark as to what votes were required,if they got what they were looking for they should at least let people know only 7% of people said no.

Can't wait for the story to pop up on the main page saying "So old wilderness and free trade won the vast majority, we'll now make it one of our goals to complete in 2011." All hype for nothing, I bet subs rocketed once the referendum actually came into being.
