I am hoping that they did not lie to us, that would hurt the runescape population soo much. tbh they should have had like a post ready for this time and as soon as it hit 12:00 they should have posted it.

imagine all the massive votes they are taking in still , each time i refresh there are like 50 more votes, imagine they turn around the votes by just manipulating the system and we dont get free trade 0.0!!!!
