your concern cant be about the overall game when your constantly attacking pkers and associating them with all the problems in the game.
Your complaining about BOTS, what does that have to do with pkers and the wilderness?
Your complaining about RWT, what does that have to do with pkers and the wilderness?
Your complaining about SCAMS, what does that have to do with the pkers and the wilderness?
Seriously, what your complaining about doesnt relate to pkers or the return of old wilderness.
I would go on to explain the problems of RWT and BOTS but ive done so several times before and people like you jump on forums in the middle or end of the problem resolution and complain about issue's that have already been addressed.

if you are doing a hard clue scroll it wouldnt be fun unless you go by the wild knowing that there might be some pkers trying to kill you. And come on i have done lots of clue scrolls too back in the old wildy and for me it didn't matter if some1 killed me cuz i also kill ppl that were trying to do them

My guess is that Jagex will make a good way to do this...
Like in reallife you will always have players who will scam or will use bots on what way or the other...
Now days you still see players botting, i mean if they wanna bot it's not like they are frustrating me ofcourse if you find one ban it ofcourse...
And about scamming, people just need to be more and not to believe everything people promise you when they say there things to you...
Second off all like a old pro soccer player Johan Cruijf said with every pro you have a con*... with the system jagex use now you aswell got a form controlling the GE as a whole clan...
People are curious as always to find the border of things to explore to controle and to earn fast money so just bring back the old system i just loved pk'ing as a low level mage i just enjoyed that... and allot of old mates did aswell and they are pleased when this game gets this style back cause it where runescape got famous of it ;) !
So Jagex with almost 1,2 mill voted and 97% voted yes i guess it's easy to call it a go ;) !
Goodluck with finding the right way in it if you get back the old system allot of old school players will come back!
