I have some questions about free trade/old wildy.
1.At the duel arena will people with summoning have a +? if they dont have a pouch so there real combat levels will fight them? (if the free trade/old wildy does come out?)
2.If the vote is a yes will the free trade/old wildy come out on the 14th?

What are you talking about?
The game has much more to offer than pking, but pking is the most important aspect to me, as well as hundreds of thousands of people.
Something called skill? I spent the first few years of my noob runescape life skilling, but then found something better. I still do skill, just not frequently, why? Because there is no profit in it.
Why would I spend hours cutting logs, buring logs, fishing, fletching, mining? There isnt much profit in it. I do slayer for money, i kill dragons for money. Combat skills are still skills and I use them to make money.
The game, for the most part, revolved around pking and the wilderness as it was a great source of income for most as well as a fun experience.

I agree with Dark pwnes on this one.
It annoys me when people who are AGAINST the wilderness and free trade become "07 prods" and "09 prods". Yes, many players who started playing after the wilderness and free trade were removed may be against this update because they don't know any different, but lots of older players are against it too...
I started playing half way through 2007 - before the wilderness and free trade was removed at the end of the year and I personally can't see any good coming from the return of of old wildy and free trade at all. Yes, there were riots at the time they were removed from the game but it was for good reason and since then, we've moved on and gotten over it. Now, out of the blue Jagex are stiring things up again... and I think it will cause serious problems. As several people on this forum have said already: if it aint broke, don't fix it.
I also wonder if the 1.1mil votes or however many it was that signed the first petition (THAT DIDN'T REQUIRE A PASS)have been added to this referendum in favour of the return of wildy and free trade... I can't believe over 90% of "genuine" players want it back.

"Would it be possible to view the percentages of voters who registered (at least one month) before the removal of the Wilderness and Free trade ? Thanks "

This statement is nothing but a red herring in my opinion. I seriously doubt that a few hundred players (if we accept the premise that pkers are a small, vocal minority) are going to each create dozens or even hundreds of temporary accounts just to vote on pking.
As far as that goes, those opposed to the wild could do the same thing, and I could argue that the small percentage of players voting against a return of the wild (about 7% as of this time) could be EVEN SMALLER if they ARE creating new accounts.
*hat would make the "vast majority" favoring pking even more vast.
I suggest that those opposed to the return of the wild just get over it. The very great, vast majority of players DO want old wild back, and they DO want free trade to return.
Live with it.

Johney525,
Whilst I agree that skills don't make the best profit, you have been landing the impression that all that matters in ruenscape is pking, and that the return of old wildy is absolutely necessary to restore runescape to your, and possibly most pkers', vision of what it should be.

Lets round down out 1.1mil votes to 1mil flat. Then lets cut that in half, leaving it at 500k. Now lets divide that by 2 and count that as "genuine" yes votes.
Guess what? its still 2x higher than the no voters. Yes voters are the majority, regardless of how you want to cut it down.
