In all honesty, I've been playing this game for about eight years now. With or without the free trade or wildy, the game is still going to be great. People are always going to figure out ways to scam, it just happens, bots are probably still going to be around too. But, as a member who's been playing for so long, it'd be great to have this back up because the experience I had when it was up was positive and negative, like any situation. But, with the trade system it'll be easier to help out friends when i can, and with the wildy back it'd be great to finally get to try my character out like the old days.

What an unfair thing-You don't log in, there's not a No option.
So, let's say Person A doesn't like the vote and speaks up about it. Person B wants the vote, and as a revenge tactic, signs Person A to the list without Person A's consent. What can A do? Nothing. Scripts and the whatnot are being made just to get votes- this whole situation isn't fair. I've stood by Jagex in almost everything before, but not this. The moment free trade and the wild return(they will, believe me- Jagex has shown that money>actual player opinions) I'm out. You're not getting a penny of my money for these kind of sick updates, Jagex.

@all the people posting that the vote is unfair
jagex stated that 100k people wouldnt be enough probably not even 1 million, guess what there is barely over 100k active players on rs, so for the vote to win people need to vote like 20 times each, which is showing how dedicated to it they are and how much the majority *ants pking back.

So now clan will wait at hotspot to be 50 on 1 player to get his stuff, bots will come back, more scams,minigames like beacons will be cowded by campers, etc. PROS: Clan member will be happy to kill a single player when they are 50 on him, can do gifts to friends.
Have more cons than pros in this. And so who are happy to bring it back are just some kind of guys that like to make easy money by camping hotspots with clans and then laugh at their face that they got owned hard. Runelabs Skilling/Combat Bosses idea

Furthermore, I think most people are just looking to the past through rose-tinted glasses. The past always looks better from the present, and I've even seen people asking for all the graphics updates to be reversed!
Lastly, you KNOW people are spam voting! Not only are they voting for OTHER PEOPLE (Which is wrong beyond wrong), I've seen names such as "Free Wildy2" on the "Recently Voted" list. Come on now, people are creating spam accounts to vote on this!
Oh, good one Spytre. Beacons. I hadn't thought of that one.

This is the last post I will make on this thread, as I am tired of these fruitless arguments.

Maybe they didn't look for big updates on the home page. Maybe they didn't get on a lot. For the love of GOD, please stop calling me and those I refer to "stupid."
For just this instance, let PKing drop from your mind. Consider only this, please... Since regular PKing in the Wilderness was taken away, jagex has added many things that involve the Wilderness, i.e. Quests like Defender or Varrock or Summer's End(to be honest, I'm not sure if Summer's End came out before or after trade limit, but oh well(I'm not stupid because of it!!)), and D&D's like Penguin Hunting.
With so many new things, bringing back the Wilderness would just cause too much trouble.
I will never visit this thread again, so don't bother replying. I honestly hope you have a good day, or night, whichever it currently is for you.
