I feel that the free trade should not be reinstated. I really like the GE it keeps things fair and there are no random pricing. There were people that just bought and sold things and did not even do skills. This is not the point of the game. the GE keeps thing balanced maybe up the trade limit a little because it is the low levels that are probably complaining any ways. My character has a 55k trade limit that is plenty for me.
As for the Wildy there are entire worlds including the wildy that you can kill players in. The ones that are complaining are the player hunters. The ones that cant PK for real they have to try to kill players that are skilling. Like if you are Rune Crafting you are not armored up to battle and in some cases are not allowed to have any armor on at all. Before at the Zamy mage there was always a few annoyances when you were trying to RC. Or if you are on a clue do you put on full Barrows? NO you put on light armor to avoid minor attack a few sharks that is it. In closing the only time PKers annoyed me is when I was trying to skill, collect, or train. Keep it where it belongs where both parties have a choice to fight on PVP worlds

@Lordbry. Well, if you actually read how they are going to preform such task then you would know this. The GE isn't going to be removed. It will be there to keep balance on prices so no one gets uber scammed or cheated out of a deal. :)

I do not believe that players should have to spend endless hours skilling to get gold, especially in a browser game like RS. Merchanting and pking should both be options to make gold. The current system does not stop merchanting, instead allowing only players or groups of players with vast financial resources to merchant. Make no mistake, prices are still being controlled/ inflated by merchants. Trade in game now functions like a stock market. Changing it back would allow players with limited financial resources to actually do some barter themselves.

LordBry is definitely one of the noobs that comes into the wild decked out in full armour including shield, refuses to fight anyone, and thinks anyone that attempts to kill him is unfair/ cheating. Hes the guy in full rune that runs up to you while you're no-arming in f2p wild, starts hitting you, and when u start doing damage to him he runs.

about the free trade and scamming, if there are so many kids out there not wanting this update not to come to not get scamme, think about this. If they are only small kids they shouldnt be able to talk since the age requirement for that is 13, then its their problem registering as a older age!.
And i voted yes, i wanna see old wildy :D

LOL the bottors are back in mass already if you go to world 11 and go into mining guild you will see heaps lol..reminds me of I Robot..
I dont mind the idea of the free trade but Y do the wildy It will make in hard on all the 100s of people that like to do penguins and clue scrolls..
And free trade y should you have to give more than 15k to a friend if they play the game right they should be able to make there own money
