I guess Jagex has already made up their minds about this.
The poll is flawed (no security and no ****istence) in one of the most controversial topics concerning runescape. The only reason I can think of is that this is done on purpose to gain extra attention and who knows: to set a worldrecord in online voting in the shortest of time.
If Jagex says no after all, then they will take the risk to disappoint half of runescape's community. That's the last thing they want to happen. Believe me.
This is not a topic suitable for the april-fool's section.
High chance that free trade and wilderness will come back then.

I've started playing RuneScape on November 26, 2006. I played it because I loved what RS was before Jagex went too extreme on RWT and made the game take a very fascist turn. Late 2007 and early 2008 saw the demise of two of RS's most popular features in PVP and trading, respectively. Many players were devastated by Jagex's decision to adamantly remove u*balanced trading and Wilderness-style player-killing. RuneScape adopted many communistic ways and completely abolished laissez-faire while constantly modifying PVP in general. Finally, Jagex has realized it's time to revert back to free trade and the old Wild, yet some players still think that RS is still in its glory days with all of the trade limits and half-stepped loot drops**** has lost its glory since the wild got infested with aggressive Revenants, and a few kilos became its trade cap. Now, we have a great chance to restore RS and make it into the game it was supposed to become without all of the anti-RWT rigmarole. Those players who are against bringing back old trade and wild need to know that without old RS, there's no RS. Likewise, there is no future without the past! Those activities laid down a strong foundation for modern RS, and many players have coveted them. We want old RS!
Jagex won back-to-back Golden Joystick Awards, so it has its gold stick, and we need our gold RS. In order for RS to relive its glory days or golden age, we need to let our vintage voices be heard. Say, "Yes!" Do it for yourself, your friends, your fellow 'Scapers, and even your enemies. Show your love to your mate, put differences aside with your foes, and form the greatest alliance in the whole RS community. Vote for Pedro. Gosh! I mean, OLD RS! Past, present, and future RS players must say "YES" to this! If you think that today's RS is good, imagine limitless trading, arbitrage, and old-school PVP in Wild with whole-loot drops. It's time to let RS truly shine and become that five-star game. We voted Jagex, now vote old RS!

I do not want to old wilderness back.
The following reasons why:
- Clue scrolls in wilderness = EXTREMELY HARD
Aren't revenants enough danger in the wilderness?
- Wilderness Stars = EXTREMELY HARD
Same as Clue scrolls.
- Green Dragons = No more people at green dragons, ONLY the pkers that can afford to stay in battle.
No old wilderness. That is why we have Bounty Hunter worlds.

Free trade - I am 50% on free trade, because sometimes you want to give something out to a friend that is more than your trade limit.
Reason not for Free Trade:
- Scammers = WAY MORE
Scammers will be happy because you have added free trade.

Scammer 2:R0FL, I scammed you 10m! Hahaha! N00B!
Even if they are reported, there will be too many scammers to mute or ban them all.

If over 1,000,000 votes are submitted "Yes", and Runescape then sucks balls because people are ruining wilderness and so many people are scamming, then I will then forth quit Runescape.
JAGeX, why take it away in the first place? Just because you *ant popularity doesn't mean you have to go *@#!ing Runescape.

I guess I can support the Wildy and free trade returning. They were removed one year after I had started playing RS and I was just getting used to them, as well as trying my own hand at merchanting in Varrock World 1.
The only thing that I'll dislike is now having to fight off PvPers in Wildy while trying to mine runite. =/

It appears that our current dilemma is the voting system. Many of those who choose to Boycot this update feel that it is unfair that there is only the one option of voting for it. Also, many Runescape players have been taking advantage of this and have found ways to vote more then once, even up to 100 times or more! I believe that Jagex should redo the current voting system, reset all the votes and have at least two options (them being Yes and No). Another thing, JaGeX has decided to bring up the wilderness and free-limit back from their past, if the votes are not enough and the wilderness does not come back, it will end up repeating the exact thing the day after they took the wilderness out the first time. If the majority vote yes, then the ones who believe that the wild should not be there, or be more limited shall rebel like there was no tommorow. Either way JaGeX should have left bygones be bygones and moved on, continue with the awesome updates.
