I have asked this question 3 times and there was no response.Also no one from jagex will not answer me.Is this going to bring back the wilderness or is it just a poll to see how many people would support it?!

This seems to apply only when the goods are sold in China itself. When selling takes place abroad, it won't apply.

You claim you know how to have fun in game, yet you couldn't find fun in game when PK-ing was removed, and you quitted.
I was here all the time, having fun. Without PK-ing. So maybe you do not know how to have fun?
Anyway, I am not against free trade and PK-ing as such. The problem is in what comes WITH them.
