Finally.... after 4 years Jagex comes to their senses....
Of course I got 99 range back in the day and then the wild got shut down... then I quit... now Im back.
pking is the entire tangible part of this game. The rest of the enjoyment I suppose comes out of the sense of fulfillment, which is fine. But there was nothing like running through the old deep wild with 3m of gear dreading that white dot on your minimap... your heart beating out of your chest when you get tbd/barraged... the famous high stake deathmatches... theres nothing like that in any other game.

In no way at al would it be magically or suddenly, jagex have had three years to improve their bot detection systems. Tell me that's a magical overnight coincidence...
And the Chinese government has just made trading online money for real world good illegal so now jagex can do something about it and most of them will shut down voluntarily now anyway.
this update is right for the game.

how can higher level players just make up their own prices?
You could only not know what the market price for an item is if you are either blind or do not have eyes... It says market price right at the bottom of the trade screen.
Seriously, if the update gets brought out and people are still getting scammed they deserve it for being so stupid.
There is SO much scam protection now it's unreal

wow this is lame reseted my skills acuse me of boting noob its called afk who would bot fishing now my work i worked so hard for is gone.u guys need to get the real boters instead of geting ur real players learn how to do rs you just lsot a player. bye you fail....and one more thing i was watchin the god expose and a mod was talkin to me than i replyed like 10 sec later and say im boting fishing and than yall reset all my stats get a life this game is a waste of life noobs....

WOWOWOWOWOW i would love for this to come back, well thats the reason why i even quit the game, i think it was a stupid move for jagex to have taking this out in the first place, for the people that got scammed: stop crying over money and next time dont be so stupid and look at the trade before accepting, and for those that don't want pking back: you guys are the no life's of the game. you do not know how to have fun. jagex, i say bring pking back and forget the people against this it. :)

I'm not sure this is going to be good. RWT is going to happen and bots will be back, but there is more. With free trade there will be no high or low price in the ge. that means that you won't be able to sell or buy things easily. Aslo with the wildy update there are problems there too. One would be the Revs; I like hunting them and im sure lots of others do to. Another problem would be fore all you green dragon lovers. you wouldn't be able to kill them without having a big risk of being pked.
I know this is probably too late to make a difference though, but thank you for your time.

I still do not think that the ge will be fine, and People should be able to get over 1mill an hour. Pepole like you might be ok with low price items and junky ones, but other like to go for the big things.

i support bringing back the wilderness but i don't think we have enough votes. Look at the counter and you see that it has pretty much stalled. I got on this morning and its about 3pm where i am and the counter hasn't even moved up 1000. Come on guys we need more support! Bring it Back! :D

Please please please for once can everyone against the update use their brains?
The games economy was perfectly fine before they removed free trade and you COULD sell items quickly in w2 falador, but now fun3man comes along and says that items are going to be hard to sell even though they were EASY to sell before limited trade and now we have the added ease of the GE.
IT WILL BE FINE! the ge was brought out just before trade restrictions were put in place and it worked beautifully!
And fun3man, on your comment about green dragons.. You should not be able to make upwards of 1m an hour on this game, the whole idea of this game is that it is challenging and the whole idea of green drags being in the wilderness when they were put there was because you had to risk a little in the hope of earning a lot!
This update will make the game right again.
Please people, use your brains before you spam rubbish.
