back when if you saw a level 126 walking around you stop what ever you were doing to check them out, the one best thing that you could do in runescape is try and rip someone off by haggling, you would get a good deal, then lose some cash in another, its the way it was.

As for botters, who cares, jagex have employed perfect Techniques to fight back when it comes to botters, (ie changing the wild ditch to a wall and watching the green dragon botters get stuck)
FWT will be apart on rs as long as RS is running, or unless you cancel 'trade' all together.
TBH with the current result being 90% yes, i would like to see the update on the 14th changing it back, they have time.
