@Fredup, The movement of things in the wild will just take adjusting to. Sure everything'll be fine. As for free trade, as Johney said gold farming is illegal and gold sites are being shut down, along with botting sites. It's all a question of who is stupid enough to risk their account for a slim chance of getting away with it.
@Johney, couldn't have put it any better. I swear skillers just love complaining about things that don't benefit them.
all of the people against free trade and wilderness coming back are stupid. I am not saying this because I believe that only smart people like it. It is apparent to me that in the old runescape, absolute idiots would get tricked into going into the wilderness. If you get too greedy you should have some repercussion. free trade is a real life aspect. A game with real life aspects can teach you a lot. when i began playing this game i was very young and now i have developed such a keen sense of business because of my experience within runescape as a child. It helped me understand how a free economy worked and understand supply and demand. If someone is against this it is because they are simply an idiot and do not understand basic financial concepts. It bugs me that there would even be a 7% no rating because there is literally not one negative to bringing back the wilderness and free trade. the wilderness brings back the most exciting part of runescape. When i used to play there would be 15 worlds that were so full that you could not get into them. You know why?! becuase runescape had pking and staking and free trade and all 3 of those aspects together helped make it a great frickin game!
^
Agreed. The game was fine before the removal of what made it great, more importantly though... It was fun to play! Something that 7% of the community either never experienced or have forgotten.
I have voted yes, and I have already paid for a 1 month membership getting ready for the old wildy to come back. I am so excited and so are my friends who have also voted. You will have 3 long term members come back if the old wildy comes back
to people that say free trade rperesents real life more :-
if you walk into a shop and want to buy a can of coke does the shop keeper list a price and thats what you have to pay.
or can you do free trade and pay what you want for it?
if you think thats notright if searching for insurance for your car can you go onto a site that lists the cheapiest deal and most expensive (like the minimum price and maximum price in the grand exchange)
or do you jsut make an offer of what you want to pay to them?
