What I believe should be done is this:
For Wildy and Pking:
-Bring back the old wild in most worlds except in a couple for people to do clue scrolls and stuff
-Leave some PVP worlds around, It's kind of fun to go around and have a brawl in places that are usually considered safe
For Free Trade:
-Leave trade limits around but not necessarily as limits, more as a suggested price range like most players are paying between Xgp and Xgp
-Keep GE price in trade menu to prevent scamming so you know if it is a fair trade if that is what you are trying to do

There better not be a phase 3. If jagex really does pull something like that then they are just being .... u know. I mean first they got 1.2M votes in 1 night, but they wanted to see how many unique accounts voted. fine. that I can understand because in the first voting each account can vote a lot of times so the number of votes might not have accurately reflected the number of players that have voted. but it was still a pretty good sign of how bad ppl wanted unlimited trade (wtf is a free trade) and old wildy back. But now over 1 million different accounts have voted and 90% of whom said yes to bringing wilderness and unlimited trade back, and don't tell me "oh but 1 million accounts is not the majority of all the runescape accounts in existence, therefore it's not enough to represent what the MAJORITY of runescape players want". yeah ok if that's the case then why r there only 150k ppl on at the most at any time. It's pretty obvious that majority, and when i say majority i mean WAYYYY majority, of the runescape community wants the old wilderness, old unlimited trade, and old runescape back. the runescape right now is like an 8-year-old-friendly version of the REAL runescape, which is probably why there r so many 8-10 year olds on runescape nowadays. So I say jagex should stop stalling using the excuse "but we want to wait and see if this really is what the majority of the players want, even though we got 1.2M votes in one day in the first vote and 90% of over 1 million accounts for yes in the second vote", and bring the original, the real, the FUN runescape back already. I can guarantee those ppl who voted "no" have not played runescape before 2007. I have been playing since classic, and there is simply no comparison between pre-2007 runescape and this... thing... that we've had for the last 3 years. don't use "oh but there will be more bots" as an excuse either because there r still way too many bots right now anyway and everyone know that's true.

I'm just not a fan of the free trade thing. Particularly for the Grand Exchange. The GE offers an easy way for players to buy and sell necessary items for gain. I've been using this account for 7 years, as my nme may suggest, and I loved the wilderness as it was. I'm not going to complain about reverting the wilderness; I think that's the best idea. However, I think that trade caps and such have contributed a great bit to the game. Increasing the trade caps for long time friends was a brilliant idea as well, in that case, I have still been able to hold items for friends and vice versa if something goes weird (i.e. bank space).
I voted no because of free trade, but I love the idea of changing the wilderness back to the way it was.

Yeah, Jagex, I've already posted my opinion on this before. Yep, I feel it worth doing again. First of all, I can't believe you expect us to cast a vote so cut-and-dried as "Yes" or "No". This is a major deal and can not be handled by such a definitive answer.
I would believe the majority of logical individuals would like to have free trade, but I would also believe the majority of logical pkers would like to retain PVP and BH+1 as it is now. You have created a beautiful system and it works very well, Kudos! Free trade would allow us to sharpen our negotiation skills and assist friends as much as WE deem appropriate. Keeping PVP/BH as it is now encourages everybody to risk to get a good drop.
Secondly, I know it is aggravating, at times, with the current system. I have personally been the victim of getting robbed on drops by people risking MILLIONS but only dropping THOUSANDS and it was at no fault other than the mechanics of the system. I'm fine with that. We need to come to peace with it, because if we go back to the traditional wilderness system... We will just get frustrated by getting worse drops. It is a gamble, and as such--is more rewarding when we get a nice drop(as long as both players are risking +26k/+76k).
So there it is; My argument for why we can't just vote yes or no. Because the situation is much too complex for such a simplistic response. Thank you for your time, Jagex, and I hope we can keep PVP/BH worlds as they are(maybe in addition to opening up the rest of the worlds to traditional operation).

"I honestly feel that the free trade is a bad idea because I can see every item in rs sky rocketing just because of merchers or you'll have those who have an item but overprice it because of greed within the game... "
You can what? You're a "veteran" player (a very elitist way to put it) and you're claiming prices are going to sky rocket because of free trade...?
"Veteran" players as you so put it would know better than to make that assumption as they have experienced it before and would understand that the only time an item was really overpriced, was when it was new or when the buyer was desperately requiring it. The old prices very much followed supply and demand.
The new system is far too easily manipulated. The GE could be compared to a hammer in that sense: it's a great tool for building, but it can also be used to destroy. "Merchant clans" have become the bane of the economy making a quick buck at others expense because they can manipulate a tool.
Furthermore, to those claiming the votes should have been separated, where is the logic behind that?
Return the old wilderness and the possibility is still there for avoiding the limits in the current trade system. My friend wants 1m GP? Oh I'll just let him pk me.
The return of the wilderness is not sole* affecting pkers, it affects money making skillers. Logs are needed for fletching to make the bows that are needed for alching. Food for the pkers etc.
The old RS meant that there was a circle with the way in which supplies were required, now it is very much the case that wealth is more stagnant and simply builds up on accounts.
I very much doubt the end outcome would be drastically different if it were to have been in two votes anyway... This coming from someone who doesn't PK.
