@Arrithmos I liked that way better as well, but some people seem 100% dependant on the GE and they were worried what would happen to it. So I was just explaining how it would work.

thats a point, hopefully with the re-induction of the wilderness sales for rune items will go up for non-members and members alike. i think smithers and peoepl that use there skills will get a mjor boost from the free trade and wilderness update.

I know bro you had some great points. I wasn't flaming you. I was just trying to help explain it a bit more clearly to the whining kids above. Runescape was way better in my opinion before ge, pvp worlds, and free trade barrier. They just don't understand how much better it was because they wern't playing at the time.

zer0 tbh with you man. If they re release free trade prices of rune ore, yew logs, mage logs, shark, lobster are going to drop tremendously for a couple reasons. For one mandrith item pking is gone. = No more farming earning potential and mandrith items. This means pkers will actually have to have skills again to pk instead of 76k tricking. That's a lot of cash gone out of the economy. Another reason is I hate to say it but bots will return and drive log and fish prices down tremendously. Jagex claim to have updated their systems but I still think bots will return. And I don't believe bots are gone by no means, but their will be an increase I think. Another thing about the rune armour is more clans will form and some that have died out such as D.I., 3v0, g3, and others might return which will drive pking armours such as rune way up. This is because before the restriction to certain worlds to pk on their would be hundreds of clans warring hours at a time and all kinds of different worlds. Now you can only "pvp" on like 3-5 worlds? Which in turn means their isnt room for as many clans. But if wilderness is brought back in every world their will be a huge increase of clans.

I disagree with all the people saying "I got scammed as a new player" I would rather be scammed then get wrecked by G.E merchers.

I look through the posts, and I will say merchanting is very annoying, but still, I would like to still see some stability with the grand exchange for all sides.
(edit) : Exclude the merchers, they just ruin the economy.

A quick question, when the wildy comes back,and players can be killed for their items, (via the drop). How would they deal with untradeable items?
Over the past couple of years a lot of them have been added to the game and this may become a major issue that Jagex has to decide.
As a p'ker if you kill somebody armed exclusively with untradeable equipment (remember s.c. plate body and plate legs has the same states as rune plate body and plate legs, but are untradeable), does this mean that you get nothing?

Mr Beebon, I totally agree with you. All ge did was allow any kid with 200k to become a merchanter. If you got scammed it was your own fault and it was necessary in order to make u a better player.

Really Johney? But its ok if pkers do the same to the non pkers.....?
And there is a Code of Honour in rs...Which by definition is a set of rules or principles governing a community based on a set of rules or ideals that define what constitutes honorable behavior within that community**** has Gods, Kings and Queens, Knights, Heroes, good vs evil etc. NPC's have us replying with please and thank yous. I think its called manners.....The pk clans as one post proudly described screams of gang mentality.
