Wilderness and Free Trade Vote

When I heard about this referendum, I almost fell down where I was standing and cried like a baby. While removing this content might have been necessary at one point, I think it's as good of a time as any to bring it back.
However, I also think that Jagex needs to either redefine a few rules or clarify that they're still intact.
One of the first things that came to mind for most players is that they will finally be able to transfer gold and items to their other accounts. It's been so long since this was possible that I think people might have forgetten that it's against the rules. Many people weren't sure of the illegality of it even when free trade was in place.
Also, it's been quite a while since friends have actually had the oppurtunity of snagging one another's Santa Hats. I think that the seriousness of this offense should be restated, along with the penalties for scamming through any other means.
Simply put: prior to releasing this update, Jagex has an obligation to remind players of the rules, and to list any rules that might have changed. There's no point in thousands of players getting banned simply because they *id*'t understand the penalties involved with certain offenses in new content.
I'm all for the update, and I for one will play a lot more often if it is to take place.

I refuse to vote as their should be a separate vote for the wilderness and free trade as I would agree with free trade but apse to the return of the wilderness.So this makes all player's who want one thing and not the other cheated as it comes as a package not just two separate things.

This post by Captain Lan totally gobsmacked me.....
From the standpoint of a person who doesn't really skill much, I don't see TOO MANY problems with RWT and bots. As I see it, it puts tons of stuff onto the market and lowers the price. That is good for people like me who like to buy stuff like lobsters for training and people who are new and need good stuff.
Runescape is a skill based game. While getting higher lvls is a source of pride (and a necessary prerequisite to go for better paying "stuff"
, 12 of those skills generate money for players. The basics of economics is that supply equals demand. Im sure those who spend all day fishing or chopping trees to make money love competing with a bot who can do the same 24/7, then flood the market which causes price drops.
If you were the one fishing for lobsters/sharks/rocktails instead of buying "stuff for training" i wonder if you would still see too many problems with bots?
Would write more but some of us have to skill for our rewards. Perhaps you could try begging? Works for some.....
