My friend just pointed out something very interesting, don't know if it would happen or not but a lot of people rage quit when wildy and trade limit was put in, what's to say that the people that play now won't rage quit due to the fact that its all coming back, a lot of new people don't know what the ol' days are like and they may not like it, it could be quite the opposite reaction jagex will want.....just to put that out there

Let me clear up things here real quick:
You will be aware, from newsposts and this week's Development Diary, of real-world trading and the danger it poses to RuneScape. To solve this once and for all, we are tweaking what happens when you drop items, updating the trade system to warn you about unbalanced trades and planning a final adjustment to the trading system, in the first week of January.
We strongly advise you to read this week's Development Diary before this newspost, so that you can fully understand why we have made these vitally important changes.
Unbalanced Trade:
To remove real-world trading from RuneScape, we must stop the gold sellers' ability to function. We believe that the best and only way to do this will be to stop unbalanced trade.
We consider an unbalanced trade to be one that is not equivalent, with a trader receiving items that are much more valuable than those they are giving away. For example, a party hat traded for a bucket is quite obviously an unbalanced trade.
For a trade to be 'balanced', the total value of the items being given must be within 3,000gp of the items being received. For example you WOULD be allowed to trade an item worth 15,000gp for an item worth 17,000gp (because the DIFFERENCE is less than 3,000gp). You will be limited to a 3,000gp gain or loss every 15 minutes.
We are aware that many of you will want to prepare for this change. So, initially, we are just going to make the trade system WARN about unbalanced trades, but it will still allow the trade to go through. This seriously reduces any opportunities for scamming, but still gives you a chance to get used to how it works, organise your items, hand back borrowed stuff, and give Christmas presents....

New(aka old) wildy, and green dragons.
They have to be either relocated- or placed in a safe zone when the wilderness reverts back.
The argument that they were there before the update is not a valid one since the quest "smoking Kills" and it's related slayer expansion changes that.
-In short for those players that have completed the quest are given points for consecutive slayer tasks completed. And penalized for not completing them--- requesting something new.
-Green dragons are assigned by too low of a slayer to ask a player to abort the task and take penalty,and are to weak to be assigned by another (higher) slayer master. Removing them from Vannka's as targets would also off set her list to much.
-Also, the only valid alternate to green dragons (to fulfill the that slayer task) are the brutal green dragons-- of which levels is often too high to ask players restricted to vannaka or below.

Most of those votes are the same people on 5 different accounts and tbh those people that didnt know any different won't really know what its like until it comes back in and tbh right now I dont think anyone does.

How do you know that no voters are not making mutiple accounts to vote. It works both ways.
