I vote yes there should be old wildy back, and the trade limit. I have been playing for about 4 years now. There are side effects however. I think the grand exchange should stay. It is a good in game resource to use. Such as: traveling a lot, quests, treasure trails, and equipment for combat or skilling. The prices should have a set price, many of the players have heard of people "merching." Which in that case the stock of an item is out, so therefore, all the players will want it, which makes the prices rise. For example Bandos Godsword: I think it should have a set limit on the item: lowest it will ever go is 10M(10,000,000gps)-highest it will go is 20M(20,000,000gps). This should allow any player to be able to buy it in G.E. for the price they desire(10M-20M). Or if they are able to get it from another in-game player, they may be able to buy the Bandos Godsword for 10M-20M in the trade, allowing them to pay the minimum, or the maximum.
As for wildy, I would like it back. This also may have some problems. If you defeated another player in combat, you will get their stuff. Some people might just let it happen for their friend. Giving a possible disadvantage to others. Also, if the wilderness were to change, then it would be harder to do many activities in the wilderness. Such as: treasure trails, quests, killing dragons, etc.
*I hope Jagex you like my opinion, I think it will go well, and congratulations on 10th year anniversary!
Sincerely,

Did anyone say they had to remove the wilderness ditch? i don't think so besides if you get killed as a noob without gear it's a good thing... that way you won't be stupid and go in there with good gear on. If you don't bother to read the warning and turn it off as a noob it's once again your own fault you got lured and killed. your point is invalid really.
===========
Having seen newbies killed when the "ace" pker says "let me show you something really good over here" the wilderness ditch doesn't protect the new player that well.
As for lettign them die with bad gear, your bad gear took the new player hours of play to get, money making is hard when you just start out.
I believe all the people wanting all wild back just want easy victims to kill because BH & PVP worlds are too hard for them.

1. You don't need to use your ******** to vote? So much for validity. What if someone puts in my name and I wanted to boycott? That's definitely fair. ^_^
2. You can't vote no, only boycott? Ummm... yeah, that's dumb. So, basically you're bringing it back and just wanting to make a BIG deal about it.

Nicely put and I totally agree. JAGEX have no intention of bringing the wildy back.
Stop arguing with each other and ask Jagex why they are treating us as if we are pawns in their game of chess???

I really hope not. If that's the case then I don't think Jagex realizes how many of its players would quit when they found out its all a stunt.
In fact, I believe that Jagex has the full intent of bringing back the wilderness. After this stunt, if the wilderness isn't brought back, Runescape will lose a lot of players due to rage.
Just look at how this works for a moment. Jagex knew for a fact that there would be way over 1,000,000 votes. Even before they started the vote they had to know that. They're also way to careful to post such a faulty system.
The wilderness is coming back.

I still haven't placed in a vote personally. Currently, I'm not too sure which side to go with, but whatever happens, I'll probably try and adapt to it; the parts of RuneScape that I personally like wont be disrupted too much I think.
There are a few flaws that I think I, and other players think, should've been addressed before this vote was released. These are:
1.) Players being able to vote multiple times for themselves using different accounts (this is not representative of the amount of PEOPLE who want the wildy back)
2.) People being able to enter other people's usernames and so vote them up for the cause.
3.) The button to 'vote now' can be confusing as some people may jump to the conclusion that the vote is giving people the option to vote for or against the change.
So the fixes for these could've been...
1.) Making people have to log in to register their vote. That way, only people who own the account name decide whether to ***n it up for the change, or not sign it up.
2.) Use your systems to link the accounts that 1 person owns all together and cast 1 vote on behalf all of them, or not cast any vote at all on behalf all of them. It's been mentioned before that you guys know who owns which account (you can even tell apart whos account is which from a group of players from a particular family/household).
3.) Change the button to something short and fitting like 'Vote for the change!'
I think you guys didn't make it a requirement for people to log in because you wanted as many votes as possible. I understand that and even some people who vote that previously left the game may come back and play RuneScape again. However, I think this method leaves more room for error and data that isn't truly representative of the RuneScape community as the votes can easily be rigged this way.
I know it's hard to change it now because you've already started collecting votes. Resetting the vote count and changing the system would cause a lot of rants. Do what you can :)

I commend you, JaGEx, for coming to the inevitable conclusion that players will always find a way to RWT, and it's time to attack this problem at its roots (the botters themselves) rather than the effect they cause on the game.
I trust you implicitly, and when you say you believe you have overcame previous problem and believe reintroducing the trade limit is a now viable option, I believe you.
