Most of the players who post are saying they clicked yes on the referendum without knowing, claiming that Jagex is only seeing one side of this matter, and that all that this is all happening just so the other half of the community will rejoin Runescape to increase Jagex's profit, but when I noticed the referendum on the main page on the 21st I read what the CEO of Jagex felt about this and the community and it didn't take more than a minute to feel that true passion to provide the community with what's truly desired, but with necessary limitations. That's why it was necessary to remove Wildy and free trade during 2007 to provide protection and comfort until advanced technology to regulate was available and if you read what was said they are ready to fight the worst, all for us.
Who filled W2 Varrock Sq. With hundreds of walking pink skirts during Jan. protesting to recover what had us filled with chills and goosebumps? We did, when we were figuring out to see how would we down these two dharok pkrs without getting hit or thinking how the hell are we going to run from this clan?did we get tbed? And at the end thinking how the hell did we manage ourselfs through that alive? And for that feeling that had us go in the Wildy on welfare because of the fear that the danger of the Wildy gave us of losing what we had and while fighting a follower of Zamorak you gained another loot from Red_Rooster with that dds spec.it was the feeling it gave us. There is risk everywhere and the way it works is, are you up to that risk? Might be one of the most hardest clues while you have blitz twins on your tail. From this perspective, it's just another dangerous minigame.
As for the free trade, I feel like the first three maybe four months will be troublesome, but just like how Jagex took care of old Runescape, they will take care of new Runescape, with justice and with the help of the community.

~ Sincerely,
Huntur. :|

okay i will come out and say it a lot of people say oh bots take away boring tasks oh bots help the economy this does not in any way suggest there a bot but it does suggest if they saw a bot thed jsut ignore it as they dont mind them.
or if they got really bored one day they might possibly try a bot to get there levels up (possibly right not defintly possibly)
where as i want bots gone from the game
also people say its only a game if its only means nothing why did half of you quit when they got rid of wildy?

I believe if jagex were to bring back free trade and the wildy it would be a blessing you ppl that worry about scammers should just sharpen your senses. and bots? I just logged on for the first time in 6 months to vote and just make sure i havent been hacked and guess what? that are still many bots cutting away at trees and mining... so what has jagex done to eliminate this? nothing. they cannot.
any 10 yr old with half a brain and 1/4 of it dedicated to this game, and ten pages read out of a java txt book can make a bot. so there will be bots. as for myself I used to be motivated to increase my skill level so i could make items and sell them. since the ge I cant sell these items for the amount it took to make them, thats a big loss. im sure like i there were many others for various reasons wont pay jagex for mem anymore. one big reason is the ridiculous "drops" when you kill another player. I want that gold trimmed sara when I lop off that guys head not some hokey drop. If I whoop him i deserved his armor cash and all items carried. i paid my dues losing items but that was the risk and I knew about it. so all you whiners crying about how its going to get worse... stuff it. like i said sharpen your senses if you dont have common sense then you probably should lock yourselves away in a dark padded closet somewhere so you dont hurt yourselves and blame it on those that pray on the senseless weak minded individuals of the world. You should revere it as a blessing, for maybe this will help you gain some common sense and therefore help you in the real world to *** get scammed, those that complain about it obviously never learned from their mistakes. Dont blame the scammer. Blame yourself for not being smart enough to see the scam coming. there's no crying in RS. 37-m-usa

Me and 4 rl friends returned to RuneScape after 1-4 years of not playing it for the sole reason of the announcement of the wilderness potentially coming back. All getting members. If it was to not return we'd all cancel straight away.
Give the masses what they want.

Omg I just Realized! Thats over 1000 pages where people say that the wilderness was in-traversable in the old days!
Now what does that imply? That these people are afraid of conflict, and are intimidated by the wilderness that they obviously don't understand how to get around in.
And wouldn't you say that being afraid of conflicts is a quality that is dominantly found in women, and wouldn't you say that this game is dominantly played by guys?
So by that twisted and unfounded statement, i have managed to prove that people who vote against free trade and wilderness are in fact either women, or men that act like women...
asl?
