Just because someone is over lv 100 does not make them an RS vet...Even back in the day when the cap was 126 no one really considered lv 100s amazing. Now with 136 being the cap being lv 100 is a joke. Combat level means jack secondly. One can power lv 100 in a few weeks. A true vet means someone with multiple lv 99s and solid skills. Someone who can explain any mini game, any boss fight, and who knows the game like the back of his or her hand.

people over lvl 100 are not all vets. i completly agree with dark tzal

Dark, I'm a vet, I've played for 5 years. I don't have a single 99 to show for it. Am I a noob? No. I have so much knowledge on RS, but I just never felt the need to get the 99's. I'm level 94, and players who lol for playing 5 years and being 94 should really take a reality check.
