To all the people who like the wilderness and free trade, (and yes there's a majority to those who don't)we've had to wait just 3 years for this to come back, because of a mistake that was made. Jagex was only trying to do good for the game but honestly it looked to me like they did more harm than good. And as for scammers, it wasnt like Jagex did not ban anyone, there were people banned for scamming. Really they just needed an updated report system and things would've been better off.

hmm i remember ppl using godswords and exp stuff in old days.. im sure there were high stakes...

I used whip to attack and dds to spec people with. If i got smited i lost whip

But i also pked many cool items with smite so

very fun and exciting!

cool west pures 3 years ago where good now there noooooooooob as there so many better deffensive items but i bet some of them still go out out in full void and hit hard lol.

Every update that will be made will have the Pros and Cons!
Obviously there are lots of problems with old wildy and free trade coming back. RWTing and risk of items, etc.
I believe this will be good and bad. Sure it will increase the rates of scamming and lots of risk. But I started to play Runescape 2004. I made my character a fun melee person and I loved to level and make levels, armour to risk in the Wildy. the Old wildy motivated me to go harder, faster and stronger. Of course I occasionally got scammed, Iron scimmy for a Rune scimmy. It happens! But Jagex has made changes and will do their part in trying to stop this.
I personally believe that they will introduce the old wildy and free trading back. I lost many friends when the removed it in 07, and I'm sure I will lose more if this new update goes past.
Old wildy has given me motivation to play and I can honestly say, I haven't played seriously since 07, to see this update, I can say this is a great Christmas present!

Pd 2011 god sword has a special and a pure could use it with no defensive items on (so they was only wearing one item and maye a glory and best gloves they could get) and 99 prayer before leech existed and keep it most of the time.

I for one will be waiting for the trade limit to be gone because many times I'd love to give a gift to close friends but because of the trade limit I can't
