Rogue S I N when you sign a contract you have to agree to several conditions
now if they changed them conditions but kept your signature at the bottonm would that be a scam?

yah know people its a friggin vote it is a very small portion of the "reinstating free trade and wildy" process jagex still needs to find out how they are going to put this into affect and if it or is not the best thing to do to THEIR game right now its not something their just going to rush into and not think about *ahem* (like dungeoneering) one hopes. so for all you people whining about it just do what the other players did when it was removed "quit" your not going to fight the masses with a vote because as the polls have already shown more people want it back then those who dont so as far as voting goes your not gunna win but for the other obstacles like how and if well you still have a fighting chance...
