You're making little to no sense....
Once you've been scammed/lured once.. it wont happen again. Everyone when they start off gets scammed.
The wilderness was what made RS one of the funnest MMORPGs... and they ruined it to combat RWT... a war they could NEVER win. ALL MMORPGS have RL trading... WoW for example.
If free trade and the wilderness gets bought back (Y) game worth playing again in my opinion

Even tho I voted yes..I definetly agree with the new accounts voting. As for the ips I have a brother who voted yes too. So they should have an acc voting limit per ip but not one acc per ip as it is not fair :D :D

W 3 S T all im trying to point out is 90% of the community and 90% of the vote aint necesarly the same thing if you can vote more than once and vote with new accounts

im for a vote but i want a fair vote where we can only vote once under a ip addy and where people cant make new accounts just to vote.
wildy would prob still win as lots of people want wildy but at least it wouldnt be 90% - 7% it would be a farier representation and the vote number wouldnt be so high.
there should also be options like do you want the dungeons and mini games moved yes or no?
and free trade should be a seperate issue as lots of people like to player kill but dont *ant free trade and they have to vote for one if they *ant the other.

Spider 0f Ju when you connect to a server your main server has an routed ip adress you computer one changes when you log onto this game it tells you the last persons server address that logged in so they clearly have the technology to know whos who they just aint using it on the vote?

End judgment so you say your happy with the free trade I take it u did not play rs the last time free trade was here the negatives about free trade
1]Constantly been bugged by players asking for cash
2] not been able to talk with friends as a resuld on bots advertising web sites
3] all the scams like can I trim ur armor /give me 10k for this it’s a rare/ I carn* sell this to my friend so If I sell it to u my friend will buy it of u /can u buy this of me and sell it to my other acc
re the wildy I am not saying don’t bring the wildy back what I am saying is keep the pvp worlds and increase the drops IE when u kill some 1 u get what good they had with them that way all would be happy
