I see where you are coming from. You like the idea of being inside a safe little bubble where you can go about your business without the fear of being attacked.
Do you not understand how Runescape's economy would crash if bots were FULLY eliminated from the game? the price of ALL skill based items such as logs and fish would skyrocket and plunge the Runescape world into some sort of depression!
just like in the real world, there are scam artists who are out there to ruin someone's day. But it is part of life learning how NOT to get scammed by these low-lifes which just adds to the fun of the game.

so now the people voting for wildy admit they want bots?

The removal of free trade and the wilderness was what made me quit playing back in 2007, if you played back then, you know how badly it destroyed the game. All the freedom to the player was removed, and everything you did seemed like it was limited for the protection of other players. I vote a big, strong yes. Hopefully RS will now be able to relive it's golden age.

Knock it off you guys, i can get just as annoyed as the next guy when someone doesnt see my point of view. Everyone has different backgrounds with the game.
Pkers will most certainly want the wildy back to its original form. Idk maybe not, i haven't really looked into it but im betting lots of people will enjoy "the good old days" i know i sure will.

I think Fredup has been scammed before so i see where he comes from.
To newer players reading this post you need to know this: If Jagex brings back free trade, people will try to scam you. Period. And it's partly your fault too for not paying enough attention. They have alot of safeguards to keep scamming to a minimum but if free trade comes back then people will try to steal from you. Deal with it.
So all the noobs on this thread can be quiet and rest assured that their sad lives on this game are being preserved in the best way.
