I have mixed feelings about this. Personally, I miss the old school days of Rs, but also dislike scamming, luring, and the easiness of people to rwt. I used to see people that would simply buy a phat, and sell it to their choob.
I'm willing to accept the return if Jagex is will to help mods smash any scamming and treat it seriously, and discourage all forums of luring. Also, Jagex should dedicate more resources on *topping RWT within the game, but allowing legitimate people to free trade.
