I would like to add information about the official accounts.

Just recently the
@JagexSupport
has been verified and that means that the
@RuneScape
,
@Jagex
, and
@JagexSupport
accounts are all verified.

How do you know that they are verified?

To tell that a Twitter account is verified the account will have a blue check-mark badge next to their name. When you move your mouse over the blue badge it will state 'Verified account.'

What does it mean to be verified?

When an account is verified, it verifies the authenticity of the brand/person/company and it means that it is an official account of what is being represented.

There are no Jagex Moderator accounts that are currently verified, but that is subjected to change in the future now that the ability to send in verification requests are allowed.

Hello all.

Watch out for a account going around called @JagexBiitz - The second ' i ' is a capital letter and the second of the same letter is not a capital.

The real Mod Blitz seems to no longer work, so there isn't a offical one anymore :) I am watching all of the accounts and doing check ups on them so will update the suspended/active list again soon.
