I have done a search through all 78 active accounts again.

Looks like one of the accounts have been suspended:

Which is good news, since there has not been any new or reported accounts so far .

A new account around called @JagexAvatar - Spread the word to as much as possible .

Keep reporting so we can fingers cross that they'll get suspended.

A new one was recently reported to me, called: @Mod_Logan

So far they have not tweeted or favorited anything but keep an eye out for anything like that
