I have to say I really like the colour of the title. Not too bright, not too dark :)

Congratz to the two 'extra' winners. I don't understand why some people get so worked up over 2 extra people. Lol @ Zaros Karos for claiming it'll make the title "A lot less rare". Really?
I bet my left nut you will never even meet these two people. It's not going to affect your life whatsoever, you're only stressing yourself out this way.

Yes we ALL worked hard on the title and the people who came so close from being the top 100, to be told that they won, then the title taken away from them isn't fair.

I'm only saying this as alot of people on this forum complained about the transfer of titles and it got revoked. Though I agree with no title transfers I don't believe it is fair to give a player their title then take it away from them.

The super super title and the runefest title are also very rare titles with less than 2k super super titles and less than 500 runefest titles I can tell you -- NO ONE IN GAME -- really cares if you have it or not, it isn't a great bragging right as you may think ( you should find that out now ;) )

P.S. Less than 10 people extra will be getting the title (2 I think might)

Personally I have no problem at all with 2 more people getting the title it's just as rare let be honest here. I do believe that the 2 single people that were awarded it on fault should keep it as it would be unfair to have it stripped and awarded some other prize, on the other hand if it was a lot more people say 10+ that we're getting it then ok I would have a problem. As it was already said the 2 extras put In just short of the same amount of work as the 100th winner. I really don't see why people are getting so worked up about it, I mean seriously grow up lol?

I'll acknowledge that I'm being petty, but the complete lack of planning/foresight in this competition is hugely disappointing. At the very least, I hope that if there are future competitions, they learn from this one and spend more than ten minutes preparing for it.

Anyone who has responded to your comments hasn't denied that they didn't win, like myself we are trying to make the point of fairness, do u really think keys or any other method would be a substitute of the same worth? I mean if it were keys they were to given I'm sure a couple of small stars would be quite insulting. I will agree there was to an extent a lack of planning/time involved in some aspects, but at the same time this issue with missing data isn't something they could have planned to counteract or foreseen, in fact I'm quite sure the only reason this issue was realised was due to raw potato voicing his personal issue in the matter

This isn't fair to us actual winners who were promised a title limited to the top 100 collectors. I agree that it would be rude to take the title away without giving them anything in return, but... Mail them a piece of exclusive concept art, give them enough spins that they can't complain, give them enough runecoins to buy out solomon... Jagex could make up for it in some other way.

Regarding the "they couldn't have counteracted or foreseen", every player that plays competitively knows that hiscores don't update until logout. There's a reason seasonal hiscore results aren't posted immediately. They could have and should have done their research before electing to hold a competition.

To streamline our this discussion, please answer this question: how is it "fair" to allow players who did not earn the title to keep the title? Alternatively, how is it more "fair" to allow these players to keep the title instead of compensating them in other ways?
