Thanks for putting so much effort into this Mod Jon, it made this event much more enjoyable. At the start when we were being kept in the dark it wasn't much fun.

Would dynamic highscores be possible for future events? Like the seasonals. Would you like to be my Pet ?

Edit: Take the titles away, give them a few spins, and send them an inbox that says "Sorry for our error, you didn't make it but here's some spins to make up for our mistake". The title should be a reward for people that put the time in , not the people that were fortunate enough to be on your incorrect list .

Thank you guys so much for all the help and especially Mod Jon. I have to say that I stopped got exactly 21250 eggs placing 91, I stopped less than a minute before the event ended and every single one of my eggs counted.

I usually like to play devils advocate as you are here but under those circumstances id say it should be alright for them to keep their title. Being presented something and then having it taken away would have a profound effect on someone that no amount of spins could make up for. Lets face it they probably wouldnt get crap from the spins anyway. So letting someone keep their title would be okay. Had titles not been presented yet then i would have agreed with you. I just think its more unfair to take titles away from someone who was told they earned it rather than have to give 1 or 2 to many because of an error on the competition hosts part.

I agree that the error is 100% on Jagex but allowing the 101+ players keep their title is an insult to the 1-100 who actually put the time in and earned it. The 101st players should get nothing, but as Jagex already gave them something, they can make up for it by giving them spins/runecoins/loyalty points/membership/t-shirts/concept art/ anything other than the title.
