~~ What equipment to bring
I bring full Gathans, polypore staff 80+ mage(slayer dart otherwise), spec weapon(claws dds etc), glory, dboots, any cape really(soul wars in my case), barrows gloves and ring of wealth.

~~The best ways of handling each monster or boss
-order of names is my order used-
Dharoks - Pro melee and use mage attack
Veracs - use the rest of ur prayer(helps a little) and mage attack him
Torags - don't nessisarily need prayer for him but you can if you want and use mage . . attack
Guthans - Same as Torags
Karils - pray ranged and use your spec weapon and switch to mage attack or if you . brought a good melee* weapon use that
Ahrims* - pray mage and melee* him
~~~ Useful safespots
In the tunnel if you get a melee* brother than there is a v shaped pile of rubble you can safe spot on
~~~ The easiest way to get there.
I use teliport to canifis* and then i use the trapdoor to mortaniya* and take the boat down(must complete some quests for this.(this is the only method i use and dont remember the quests as it has been too long ago for me to remember... something along the questline of shades of morton*)
Special trivia you think could be of interest.
~~~ with this method i can last 20+ loots per trip by heading back to the rope from within the tunnel...
rewards count:
1 visage
2 dh helms
2 verac helms
1 torag hammer
too many runes and bolt racks to count....
(*) - Sorry if i miss spelt it
EDIT:
inventory is 7-8 Prayer potions(4) and 10 food Shark or higher, tabs to teliport.
-A Ring of Wealth does NOT increase the chance of gaining a barrows item. However, it gives you the ability to loot 2 dose prayer, restore and super defence potions and up to 3 sharks prolonging your trip. Use the restore potion to refill your stats reduced by Ahrim.
-Using Ancient ice magicks is a very quick and cost-efficient way to do the Barrows activity. With the ice spells you can "farcast" all of the melee-based brothers, reducing the amount of prayer potions/food you have to use. 85+ Magic is recommended due to the fact that Ice Blitz's accuracy increases by a significant amount after three levels (The accuracy increases with boosts as well) and with the right gear will often kill the melee brothers before the freeze ends and they come to wreck you. The runes used are refunded in the long run. The extra death runes you gain can be sold to buy back your blood and water runes.
My way, may not be the best but works for me:
My way involves having darkens medallion and Ardougne cape 1,2 or preferably 3
1. Teleport to barrows with medallion, kill brothers in this order:
Dharok, Karil, Ahrim, Verac, Guthan, Torag.
I use magic to kill them (polypore staff spell) and melle on ahrim and karil (DDS followed by rapier)
with this method I dont use any prayer pots, and usually have prayer till i get to guthan.
2. After you loot chest, use ardougne cape to teleport to the south church of ardougne (unlimited teleports) recharge prayer then use medallion to teleport back to barrows.
This saves a lot of prayer pots and takes about 15 seconds to do!
Note: Bring at least one prayer pot in your inventory in case you have karil or dhorak in tunnels
My setup:
melle brothers:
Ahrim robe top and bottom, inlighted unholy book, dragon boots, polypore staff, ROW, Helm of neiznot, Ardougne cape 3
Karil / Ahrim
DDS/Rapier, Dragon boots, fighter torso, Dragon defender, Helm of Neiznot, dragon plate legs, Ardougne cape 3.
Inventory:
prayer pot (4), Super defense (4), Drakens Medallion, rest monks except 2 empty spots
PS. Make sure to keep track of your last medallion teleport so you can teleport to recharge it!
1. Complete Branches of Darkmeyer quest if you will intend on camping barrows, and not get burnt out on means of travelling.
2. Polypore staff + Ganodermic/Virtus/Ahrims/Bandos = Ownage.
Obtain Drakan's medallion and Ardougne Cloak to quickly evade combat, recharge prayer points, and teleporting back to barrows or banking which will save supplies and save time.
1. Always save Ahrim for last when meleeing. He has the ability to lower strength and attack, which means if you fight him first, you'll have lower stats for the rest of the brothers.
2. Upon completing Ritual of the Mahjarrat, a seventh brother is added. Since the chance of getting a drop remains the same, it means you can skip a brother whose drops might not be as valuable as others (such as Torag).
What i use is void with mage and melee helms, and have just started bringing a whip and dds. i always take a black sally because it's really cheap, and the ammo is cheap as well. boost mage with the +15% prayer and melee with chivalry or piety.
-For higher levelled melee players, who preferrably has claws, kill Karil first. Just go down to his tomb, pray Protect/Declect Missiles, as well as Piety/Turmoil and use the claws special attack on him. He'll usually die within two attacks. If not, just change to rapier or some other weapon to finish him off quickly.
- For the second brother, go to Dharok's. Pray Protect/Deflect Melee, and kill him ASAP. It doesn't matter if using mage or melee, Dharok is the one brother you almost HAVE to pray against, due to his potentially high hits.
- For meleers, try to save Ahrim's to the last. Why? His spells drains the melee stats, plus his armour is fairly weak to melee attacks. If you did follow my tip and use the 2x50% special on Karil, it should've been restored to 100% and you can use the special attack on Ahrim.
- Verac hits through both armour and prayer, but prayer does help against him. If you have left-over prayer from both Karil+Dharok, use them here!
- Nothing much to say about Torag and Guthan. They are both very weak, and I'd preferrably have one of those in the tunnels.
I haven't done ROTM, so I have no experience whatsoever with Akrisae.
Other tips:
- Set up your inventory with Drakan's Medallion + Darkmeyer Outfit if you've done the quest "Branches of Darkmeyer". After each trip you can put on the outfit and teleport to Darkmeyer to bank and recharge prayer, and the teleport back very fast. You also don't use up any charges on the medallion.
-Don't forget to use Ring of Wealth when looting chest!
-Bring Prayer Potions in case of getting Dharok in tunnels. You do not want to get KO:ed by him.
-Other methods I like include using ice spells from the Ancient Magicks Spellbook. If using these, use it only on the meleers (Dharok, Verac, Torag, Guthan)
-Range or melee Ahrim. Preferrably use high magic defensive gear against him.
I kill in this order:
1. Karil
2. Dharok
3. Verac
4. Torag (could do Guthan instead, but Torag is closer)
5. Guthan
6. Ahrim
