1. After each run, teleport to monastery with Ardougne cloak to recharge your prayer, the alter is right next to the teleport. When you are done, use Drakan's medallion to get back to barrow. You can do it whenever you are run out of prayer point in order to save some prayer potion. (All teleport here is free and fast)
2. The magic defence of melee brothers is very low, you can mage them with your melee armor. Polypore staff is recommenced. If you can't use/afford polypore, use the magic option of black salamander instead.
3. Bring a Salve amulet for kill counts.

If you want quick and easy trips with better chance for loot , ring of wealth would be ideal and instead of getting a "Kill Count" just go to the chest and open for quicker runs thru :)

If you have Drakan's medallion, teleport out of the tunnels using a house tab, recharge prayer at your POH altar and use your Kharyrll portal to teleport to Canifis and save medallion charges. You can even bank while you're there!

if you have completed Ritual of the Mahjarrat Quest and now have access to seven brothers, to get good rewards you only need to kill 6 brothers
if leaving a brother out, Torag is best to leave out (in my opinion) since his armor is low in value

The prayers you should use when fighting the barrows brothers are Melee pray on Dharok, range pray on Karil, mage pray on Ahrim, any left over prayer points should be used on Verac(use chiv/piety) and Guthan/Torag can be killed without any prayer.
Instead of walking from Canifis to the Barrows mounds you can go behind the pub the open the secert passage way that leads to a basement, open the wall and run through to the end. Reenergize your run energy and make a break for the tree just 15-20 feet behind you when you open the doors. Once over run straight and take the swampy boat to just outside the barrows mounds.

1) If you don't have a very high defence level, with most brothers you should focus on keeping up your prayer rather than dealing damage but with Verac Just kill him as fast as you can since he hits through prayers.
2) If using magic, Slayer/magic dart is a very good option since the runes required are common loots from the chest.

This one's only for those who have started branches of darkmeyer, but it works miracles for prayer saving. Combine the barrows teleport from the drakan medallion with the monastery teleport of the ardy cloak and you can cut way down on how much prayer potion you use.
