Please jagex just stop . Like seriously stop. Rares every christmas was horrible. But at least the first few buyable rares were original. The rebranding of existing content as rare is just pathetic. Lets just look at some of the recent relabelling / making rares....

Black santa hats (Red santa hats)
Christmas Scythe (*'ween scythe non tradable)
Holly Wreath (3rd age wreath)
Turkey whatevers (Rubber chickens)

Pleases just stop its utterly pathetic and really devalues your game by making it a pay to win apartheid. Honestly the original sof/th rares were bad enough, but atleast they were original..... Oh and if u really have an undesirable need to introduce rares, even though you can be quoted stating you would never be introducing more LOL #lies, at least do it through in-game means, e.g don't make the snow or w/e it is on the sof/th, make them obtainable through christmas events and skilling etc. Please stop ruining what rares once stood for, or at least just put them as a micro-transaction so people can just buy them straight out that way you will still get money, and they will be worthless :) ! But seriously stop its not even funny its like evolution of [insert word of choice here] all over again.

EDIT: Oh and as someone pointed out would be nice if the events were about people working for rewards rather then slaving away with the intention of greed to gain snow and buy spins in order to get more gp. I mean honestly the christmas event should have a little but of christmas spirit in it? In the last few years, you've became to look a little to grinch like tbh.....

Oh wow heres another idea too! why don't you make sof/th tradable 'rares' a poll! highest total for vs against wins. C'mon give the 'power to the players'.

BTW: stop false advertising they are discontinued not rare.

Looks neat! I'll be sure to grind xp and hope to get dat wreath. ,_,

E; Can one get 2 rares the same day? As example: I put 5 snowballs in today. Can I get 2 scythes or 1 scythe and 1 rubber turkey if I'm lucky or is it capped to 1 rare/person like it was in the last raffle? Ba Teams | @LeebaRS

How do I turn off the ability for someone to pull a cracker with me?

Crackers give each person 1000 bonus xp in a random skill. I am a skiller. I do NOT want random xp in a combat skill.

Why is this a problem?

Because not everyone is polite enough to ask. From past experience I have learned that people will just 'use' the cracker on you. You don't know about it until an announcement pops up that (player name) has pulled a cracker with you and you have received bonus xp in 'X' skill. I've just been lucky that these were non-combat skills.

I'd rather not spend an entire month this year in the remotest skilling spots in Runescape trying to avoid people.

I understand your point Kaia, but after all it's BXP, not XP. At the moment only way as far as I know to avoid pulling cracker with someone is to put aid off.

Thank you for that info, much appreciated :)

Last year even with accept aid off people could still pull crackers with you and the bxp wasn't a bonus that you had as an extra when you worked on that skill, but actual xp that was given as a bonus and that could raise levels.

Looks like I can be sociable again :)

Oh and confirm the aid off thing from someone else too, as it's not a fact, but a tip I heard. I don't want to be a cause of someones ruined account :P . (I'm quite sure you can put aid on and it doesn't let them to be pulled, but there is always a risk). Tweet someone @ JageX and they'll answer quite fast. Ba Teams | @LeebaRS

What happens with untradable rewards like the lootbeams and the pets if you've already won them? I hope you can't still win them and eliminate the chance from other players. Hi
