I remember my older brother all those years ago when he still played. He always looked ahead to the Christmas event because everyone worked together for the rewards on fun and engaging events. Now, everyone's centered on how they'd gather snow for themselves mainly through TH. While I enjoy the game as a whole, I do not feel the holiday spirit I expected. It just isolates people even more and all these complaints and bad reactions just makes it all the way worse. :\

Once again, I'm disappointed by most of these forum posters. Rarely is anything valid or useful ever said here. It's mostly complaints and snarky comments from the vocal minority.

Personally, I love the Christmas promo! I also love that it started early in the season so we have enough time to get some good stuff before we go on vacation and don't play for a couple weeks. I have never bought keys, but I do appreciate the option that some players have to purchase the keys and get items that they may not have had the time to earn the old fashioned way.

This is a game and only a game. The moment you get personally offended by Jagex for the direction they chose to bring the game is the moment you should reevaluate your priorities.

Thanks for the continued hard work Jagex staff. Merry Christmas

I am still a bit unclear on how the actual rewarding system will work, but I am excited to see whatever I get. I hope others receive a good gift this year, too. There is nothing this season to really become upset over, that is for sure.

This isn't the only activity which will be going on this Christmas, it's just a small part! Keep your eyes on the homepage for some other cool stuff :)
