Checked like 20 names for M & L right before the release of this batch, all of them unavailable, addable - not cleared, yet none of them show up in the hiscores..
Highly doubt they're all still being used today!
Edit: just logged in on an old free to play account.. Does show up on hiscores straight after I logged out, 4 of the names I've been checking regularly for years are still not on hiscores. o.O
