Good morning! Welcome to
Skilling Sanctuary
. We are a laid back skilling clan in Old School Runescape. The goal of our clan is to create a welcoming environment for our members to discuss all things Runescape, and to support each other on our journey to our goals, whatever they may be. We encourage tasteful banter and serve warm cookies daily. We love fun competitions and the occasional minigame.

General rules in the Skilling Sanctuary CC, anyone caught breaking any of the following may be subject to a kick or ban from the clan chat. If you have any questions about any of the rules, please PM/DM a leader/moderator.

1)
No scamming
- Anyone who scams will be banned, no exceptions.

2)
Limit offensive discussions/jokes
- If someone is genuinely offended by a particular topic or a joke and they make it known, please put a halt to the conversation immediately. Please keep religious views and slurs out of the CC.

3)
No botting or botting talk


4)
Multi-Clanning
- We allow the joining of others clans for other needs such as PVM/PVP/Minigames/Etc. We do not allow multi-clanning with other skilling clans.

5)
Discord/Clan Chat vouching
- Full members (Recruit or higher) may vouch for a friend to join the Discord or Clan Chat as a friend. Please PM a leader or mod for additional details.

6)
Account sharing
- Having someone else train your account/gain exp is not tolerated. ~ Skilling Sanctuary ~

Current Requirements


The minimum total EHP to join is 500 or you can join with a total level of 2100+

Raider: 6000 EHP
Marshal: 5000 EHP
Admiral: 4000 EHP
Colonel: 3500 EHP
General: 3000 EHP
Captain: 2500 EHP
Lieutenant: 2000 EHP
Astral: 1500 EHP
Cadet: 1250 EHP
Sergeant: 1000 EHP
Novice: 750 EHP
Pawn: 2100 Total Level OR 500 EHP
Opal: Clan friend/vouch
Guest - 1250 total for clan chat access

*Restricted accounts such as iron players and level 3 skillers will be ranked based on the EHP rates applicable to them


EHP stands for "Efficient Hours Played"; SKSC uses Temple to track EHP. If you are unsure how much EHP you have, you can check by going to https://templeosrs.com/, search for your username and click on the green "Update Player" button. Your EHP will be listed at the top of your profile.

To get a rough idea, note that 2100 Total level is usually around 500 EHP, while 2277 Total level is around 900-1000.

_-_ 1.7 & 1.8 Skill of the Week _-_

Our Skill of the Week competitions begin on the 1st and 15th of every month. Each week we will run competitions for two skills. This is to allow as many people to participate as possible without it interfering with their current goals.

The Skill of the Week is run in seasons with each season containing 4 weeks of competition. Points are awarded for players who rank 1st - 3rd in each competition. Whoever earns the most points in a given season is the SotW Season Winner.

START TIMES:
1st and 15th of every month starting at 12:00am UTC

SKILLS:
The two skills for each week are chosen by a vote prior to the start of the competition. React to the message pinned in our SotW Discord channel to be pinged when votes and competitions go live.

SEASONS:
Seasons will be broken down into 4 weeks of competition. For example, Season 23 starts Dec. 15th, 2022, and the 4th and final SotW for the season will start Feb. 1st, 2023.

POINTS SYSTEM:
Players earn points throughout the season for each competition, and the player with the most points at the end of the season wins. Current point standings will be tracked in this channel.

1st place: +5 pts
2nd place: +3 pts
3rd place: +1 pt

REWARDS:
Rewards offered for winning the week competitions and the seasons.

Skill of the Week Winner: SotW Clan Chat Rank and Discord Role. Note: If one player wins both SotW competitions in a given week, they can be awarded any clan chat rank title / icon of their choosing.

Skill of the Week Season Winner: SotW Season Winner Discord Role with any name and custom icon of their choice, and eternal glory with a spot on the Champions List. ~ Skilling Sanctuary ~
