The locations were just given in game: "join Mods Lewis R, MattHe & JD in 10 minutes on worlds 21 & 24 at the Lumbridge Crater to have your passport stamped!" "One should not mindlessly follow gods or the godless:
follow
your
own

These times are still INCREDIBLY inconvenient for those of us Living in the united states. In my time zone those times are 5am and 9am. I'm lucky I don't have class all week, but for everyone else they'll either be asleep or at work or school at those times.

Before I'd only have to be up till 3 am (still pretty dang early in the morning) but now I have to wait till 5 am or wake up at 9 am. Either way I'd still miss both times were it not a day off.

how are people supposed to be on for most of these. just make an npc called "Jay Mod" or something as clever, and let them tick things off.

I was going to suggest this myself, until I saw your post.
Seems so simple?
Maybe it's too simple for the staff at Jagex?

Here's another viable option:

The jmod scheduling goes ahead as is, but the square the jmod is standing on is blocked for the time they are there, stopping other players/familiars etc from blocking sight of him/her. (although I still think familiars etc should be removed from the immediate area for the duration of the event)
Then all a player needs do would be have ''request a stamp'' checked in their journal, and then simply to have clicked on the jmod to get it.

Problem solved.

The downs is real...
