I don't know if there's a difference in priority. Personally I've signed in using my twitter.
Definitely some of my questions haven't and won't be answered. So they are picking and choosing. I don't know if this means you can ask them again, as Cm said only to post your question once to avoid spam.
The ones which have most chance of being answered are ones they can answer in a simple one line. And ones which don't require much reading.
I think I've asked about 15 questions and I've had about 8 answers.
