Really depends. First of all members get priority support. Jagex also looks at JAG issues/hijacked accounts before less urgent ones like email changes or display names. It's the weekend, so response times may be longer.

If you submitted a ticket you will get a reply, just keep an eye on your email or your message centre. Submitting multiple tickets does not speed up the process.

*Note: Jagex is not processing ban appeals by ticket*
