Well i decided to get my membership back to see what the EoC was like, before i got membership i personally thought that it was a dreadful idea and now after getting membership i know that i defiantly wont be playing this game again. Gratz on ruining a good game looks like im off to WoW.

Jagex, i appreciate your concern with the players *xperience. When i get on runescape the majority of my time went to combat. I know your trying to give the players something "new" or some sort of twist but in my honest opinion, I am Truly DISS pleased with the combat evolution business. Becoming a member was a what i would call a waste of money, Due to the update.

It pretty much Defies the purpose of having high levels. I have 99 magic and strength, with some of the best armor but still get massacred by a player that hasn't invested as much time as i have in the skills of combat.

I am not asking for a refund of some sort but i am for sure that i will not ever be subscribing to members again with this update in place. In fact quit playing runescape all together. i might visit here and there to see if a change has happened that i would be satisfied with. I am sure you can get an Idea of what kind of Change im am targeting with this post.

I Honestly am not the type to complain but as a individual that is spending the money I earn, i would think just maybe what i have to say has some sort of meaning.

A Good word of advice, why try and improve something that is already at its max potential? With Several other games of the same combat format there is WAY too much competition. In other words, There is nothing like the original.

I personally do not like the EoC I have not played in over a year I get back on everything is multi-attack, my hp changed, along with my cb level. Hell the reason I quit for a year was because your making it too easy. And your right about this "Games change so much; RuneScape is an 11-year old game now." It truly is targeted for the younger people now. I have been a member off and on for almost 5 years. Same with my brother but as you guys started making this game much easier to level your stats it became pointless almost to get a 99. And I don't know if the Castel Wars not giving you xp is part of the EoC but I can honestly say it really sucks. Thats how I would train mage and I noticed that about 2 or 3 games in I was not receving any xp at all. You guys are trying to fix something that is not broken and by doing so you are also losing longtime players in the process and as well as gaining new ones. But I do not see it equally paying off. I am sorry but once my membership is up I will not be resubscribing to it. Runescapes been fun and I met some nice people but I am not impressed with half of the updates over the course of the last few years.

I like the EOC but I have to admit some bugs need to be fixed. I haven't used food since the EOC came out but with this update coming out in the next couple days hopefully, as much as I hate to admit it they update the healing. It is a little over powered.

One of the things I like about the EOC is that creatures have weaknesses and the combat triangle. I do like the combat triangle and all but one idea is to make add-ons affects into the scrimshaw slot; air, earth, water, fire. Like all scrimshaws they only last a limited amount of time but if your like me you still are able to use melee or even range while still hitting the weaknesses towards your foes.
