I don't think the evolution of combat is a good idea. I really like runescape the way it is right now but not as much as I like playing runescape 7 years ago. The EOC is harming most of our runscape veterans. To be honest, I really didn't like it when runescape had an update that multiplied our constitution points and increased our damage. Most of our runescape veterans feel the same way. Many of my friends are going to quit playing runescape because of the EOC. I might leave runescape too along with them. We just want to play runescape without the complexity otherwise it wont be fun anymore. Right now the complexity of runescape has been going higher. The EOC would break the chart. I've been supporting runescape ever since the day I first started playing it (7-8 years ago). I really enjoy playing runescape, and it's my childhood. I hope that there is a way to cancel the update for EOC. I love runescape and their staff members, but has the love changed due to this?

Mod Mike, You all have been working extremely hard on developing the new combat system in Runescape, I see that and I commend Jegex for it. Not just as a team, but as a devoted game programming company. I'v have never seen a company put so much work and love into their game. I'm not sure if you guys think that simply changing the combat mechanics will bring back all you're lost players. What you need to know is, it will not. It's not how many features are in a game, but the quality of the game itself that makes a game worth playing. For example, Yeah you'll have new combat mechanics; But it's the same system as WoW, Diablo, League of legends and all the other unoriginal MMOs out there. The game is fine WITHOUT the system, you're problem right now is Bots, gold framers, and scammers. This is what's ruining the quality of the game. Things like this is why people are leaving. You're also not rewarding older players, new players have it off so much easier then us i mean c-mon 1 Mill free exp that's ridiculous, unheard of. Do you guys how impossible it is to wood cut or mine now? when you're fighting off 20-40 bots with high level mining there's no chance. I have to log on around 2-4 in the morning because all the bots have logged off by then; but that's just so i can get maybe an hour of bot "free" mining. If i could i would single handedly, one by one banned all the bots i saw gold farming from every world this is how mad they make me. You, Jegex need trusted players in-game who can auto ban right on the spot. To remove bots like the cancerous tumor they've become. You ask me about the new EOC system, i tell you i want old Runescape back! :@
