i to think that the eoc should be removed dont get me wrong jagex needed to do an update to the combat system but this is way to drastic i to have been playing many years and am really dissappointed about this update i agree with poeple that there should be at least a vote on this to see what the whole community would like in the near future.
Well after giving the EOC a good try for a few weeks i must say, it continues to suck! The thing that gets to me the most is how hard it is now to train high lvl combat skills. Getting XP after each kill rather than during has for me actually made combat less immersive. And multi combat everywhere!!!??? WAAAAAT
There's no way i'm renewing my membership until JAGEX sort out this terrible update.
I must say that the Evolution of combat has been amazing so far!
Not only did you take away the aspect of the ,,skiller'' by adding something which ofcourse strongens the bots you allowed to make more irl gp,
NO , Also you have turned the wilderness into a true field of action, i can see all those 5 happy faces in the wilderness running up to level 20 wild to fight eachother as theres nobody else near their combat range,
I myself find the eoc the best thing ever as i've now got time to actually study and consider getting a wife and children

I absolutey hate your game now, I truthly dont even know why I play it. Im going to quiet soon and stop paying you people if Runescape doesn't go back to the way before the retarted Combat evo.

I understand the interest in increasing player interest in using range and magic for combat purposes by providing new incentives, but I believe that they are too powerful. As a balanced user of the triangle, I can no longer rely on mele in any situation. Range and magic hit much more often, and with much higher damage. Mele is practically insignificant and is also much slower to train. For example my max used to account for 25% of my life points without prayer or potions, and now my new ultimate ability max barely accounts for 17-ish% of my life points. I would highly suggest increasing hit frequency and power for mele users in addition to possibly lower the hit rate for range and magic.
